Can I order a custom-made bracelet?
Yes, we can create a bracelet with your unique touch. Bespoke, individualised orders take up to 10 working days to complete. You will need to send us a request on request@beadcandi.co.za
Where do we ship to?
Our shop is available to all South Africans within the Republic of South Africa.
Please note that we ship from:
- Paxi (Pep – Pep) store.
- PUDO – The Courier Guy Locker to Locker
- We will need your ID number, full name, surname to arrange delivery
- Please note that you are responsible for selecting a shipping option that services your area
- Please note that packages are not shipped nor delivered on weekends and local public holidays. Public holidays may affect delivery times – that said, it is our intention to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible
- If you have placed your order on a Friday we will process the delivery on Monday (because the courier service does not operate over a weekend).

How long does shipping take?
It takes us 3-5 days to package your order. After this, it will take anywhere from 5 – 9 days for your order to arrive. You will be able to track your order via Pudo or Paxi, depending on which service we have used to deliver your parcel
What if my item is damaged on arrival?
To qualify for a damaged item exchange you must please send a photo of the damaged item toinfo@beadcandi.co.za. Please allow 5-10 business days to process. A damaged item exchange will only be accepted on the date of arrival. Lengthy delays in requesting an exchange may impact on a refund or product exchange option.
