Terms & Conditions | BeadCandi

  • “Children’s bracelets often have charms attached to them.  We accept no responsibility for accidents with children (swallowing charms) etc.   Most beads are made of polymer clay beads, acrylic, synthetic materials, glass, seed and rice beads and sometimes wooden beads. Please enjoy the beads safely.” 

🛍️ Order Processing & Cancellations

  • Orders are processed once full payment reflects in our account.
  • Orders placed on Fridays or weekends are processed from the following Monday.
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 3–7 working days.
  • Custom orders (including engraved or personalized items) cannot be cancelled once processing has begun and may take up to 10 working days.
  • If delays occur, we’ll notify you in advance.

🚚 Shipping Policy (Domestic – South Africa)

  • Free Standard Shipping (3–10 business days) on all orders over R300.
  • Shipping times depend on the courier’s schedule and your location.
  • We are not responsible for courier delays but will assist in resolving issues.
  • If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you’ll be refunded (excluding shipping), or we can resend it once a new shipping fee is paid.

📦 Damaged or Missing Parcels

  • If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we’ll investigate and replace it at our cost if the courier is at fault.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.
  • Exchanges may be considered for unworn items returned within 7 days.
  • Custom and personalized items are non-returnable.
  • Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item was defective or incorrect.

💬 Custom Orders

  • We love custom work! Message us for specific sizes, colours, or designs.
  • Custom orders may take up to 10 working days to complete.

⚖️ Legal & Indemnity

  • BeadCandi products are not intended for resale by commercial jewellers or retail stores.
  • All designs and trademarks are the property of BeadCandi (Pty) Ltd.
  • South African law governs all transactions.
  • By purchasing, you agree to indemnify BeadCandi against claims from third-party users not informed of our policies.
