At beadcandi, every order is carefully packed and sent with care. Here's everything you need to know about getting your pieces to you.
📦 Where Do We Ship?
Our shop is available to all South Africans within the Republic of South Africa.
- Packages are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays — though we always aim to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible.
- If you place your order on a Friday, we will process delivery on Monday.
- Please ensure you select a shipping option that services your area.
- For PUDO deliveries, we will need your ID number, full name, and surname to arrange delivery.

Please note: we do not accept orders under R160.00.
⏱️ How Long Does Shipping Take?
We take 3–5 days to package your order. After dispatch, delivery takes approximately 5–9 days. You'll be able to track your order via PUDO or PAXI, depending on which service was used.
📦 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with your tracking details. Use the link provided to follow your parcel's journey.
🛠️ Damaged Item on Arrival?
To qualify for a damaged item exchange, please send a photo of the damaged item to info@beadcandi.co.za on the date of arrival. Please allow 5–10 business days to process. Lengthy delays may impact your refund or exchange options.

Yes, we can create a bracelet with your unique touch! Bespoke, individualised orders take up to 10 working days to complete. Send your request to request@beadcandi.co.za.
